My Logo

About

My logo is for a company based out of Louisiana. The company uses steamboats to travel around in the south. They give their passengers what it would have been like to actually travel during the 1800's.

Shapes

I used a square in the logo to represent the stability of the company and the steamboat. I used triangles with rounded corners to show water drops coming off the wheel of the steamboat, but I didn't use the means of triangles.

Colors

I used the colors I used are different shades of blue. Blue symbolizes water. It can also mean trust, clam, and stable.

Text

Water is bigger than way because it is more important. Water is a steamboat and way is tilted to look like a wave. It gives the allusion that the steamboat is on the water.
